Busy Philipps Shows Off Bump While Leaving a Lunch Date

Busy Philipps was pictured dining with a friend at Hugo’s in West Hollywood, CA on Thursday (Feb. 28).

The pregnant Cougar Town actress wore a long flowery print dress with flats as she rubbed her bump while walking to her car.

Philipps’ 4-year-old daughter Birdie with husband Marc Silverstein is super exciting to be a big sister.

“She can’t wait to be a big sister,” Philipps enthused to Us. “She’s been asking for at least a year: When’s her baby going to come?”

“She talks to the baby and she’s just really thrilled,” Philipps explains. “I told her though that it’s okay to feel two ways about it. It’s okay to feel really excited and also nervous or mad or scared. I don’t want her to think she has to be super happy about it all the time because I know it’s going to be . . . a big adjustment for her.”

The star choose to announce her pregnancy via Twitter in mid-December by posting a photo of a positive pregnancy test,
