Great news for The X Factor USA host Mario Lopez and his wife Courtney Mazza Lopez, they are expecting a baby. This is the second baby for the couple. The new baby will be a big sister or brother to their daughter, named Gia Francesca Lopez, who was born on September 11, 2010. Gia is thrilled she is going to be a big sister!
Extra has the exclusive story from Mario: “I am the happiest father in the world. We cannot wait to welcome baby Lopez number two into our lives. “Extra” broke the news on the air today with a surprise baby shower complete with balloons, guests and gifts. Little Gia appeared holding a sign that read ‘I’m gonna be a big sister.’
Mario and Broadway dancer Courtney got engaged New Years Eve 2011, after dating for three years. They were married in Mexico December 1st, 2012.
