Report: To the State of California Kris Humphries is Kim Kardashian’s Baby Daddy

It’s always interesting how the laws vary from state to state in the U.S. Would you believe that according to California state law, Kris Humphries is actually presumed to be the father of Kim Kardashian’s baby?  Under their state law a pregnant woman’s husband is automatically presumed to be her baby daddy and even heading into court, the married guy has the leading edge! If Kris wanted to really keep Kim tangled in court he could make her prove without a shadow of a doubt that he is not the father.

We all are assuming that Kanye West is in fact Kim’s baby daddy so why on earth would Kris want to make things difficult?  Maybe for the same reason that he continues to hold up divorce proceedings! It has been almost a year and a half since the couple split but it seems like they are no closer to divorce than they were a year ago. Blame him because Kris has absolutely no intention of making it easy for Kim. Obviously he is one of the most spiteful guys currently in Hollywood. Why else wouldn’t he want his freedom? Think about it they’ve been separated about as long as their entire relationship lasted and  Kris has been vocal about feeling like Kim totally played him.

One of the best ways for him to make her look like a loser would be to have her deliver Kanye’s baby while still married to him!
