Jessica Alba Soaks Up The Cabo Rays With Her Daughters

Jessica Alba was pictured vacationing with her two daughter Haven and Honor in Cabo, Mexico on Wednesday (Jan. 2).

The actress wore a small orange bikini while soaking up the hot Mexican rays while enjoying a frozen drink. Honor wore a protective bathing suit to keep the rays off her sensitive skin while Alba helped her apply lotion before going into their pool.

Haven who was in a stroller was not pictured.

Despite Alba’s toned stomach and slim physique, she insists she doesn’t diet.

“Diets are for the birds,” she tells. “I think you have to eat in a way that makes you feels your best.”

For the mom of two, veggies, lean protein, fruit and grain make her feel good.

When it comes to exercise, she does Flywheel, sprint intervals on her treadmill and dance classes.

According to Hollywood Life, Alba also goes for i-LIPO treatments on her stomach and thighs. The non-invasive laser liposuction uses low level lasers for smoothing cellulite, fat reduction and body shaping.
