Jessica Alba Juggles A Lot But Family Comes First

Jessica Alba seems to be the definition of a modern woman. She shape shifts with the best of them, sliding between her daily roles of actress, business woman, wife and most importantly, mom to daughters Honor Marie and Haven Garner. The actress used to be known for her strict workout regimen and sharp focus on details and organization when working, now has loosened up quite a bit. She attributes the natural shift in her life to meeting hubby, Cash Warren, who she refers to as her kindred spirit. Jessica covers the latest issue of InStyle and she dishes about the importance of love and family in its February issue.

“I just knew when I met him that I was going to know him forever. It was weird; He instantly felt like family. When Cash and I moved into our family house, we collected hundreds of pictures of our aunties, great aunties, moms and dads, grandmas and grandpas, and sisters and brothers,” Alba shares. “Then we mounted them in the foyer of our home, covering the wall from top to bottom. Our daughters are continually reminded of where they come from.”

Jessica and Cash seem to be one of those Hollywood couples that just might make it. She does seem to be very hands on with her girls too which is rare for celebs. It looks like she’s also practicing what she preaches because she’s not just talking about making family life her top priority but she actually does it. Even the photo wall is a great idea. It helps kids to ask questions and want to learn about their heritage.
