Adele Makes First Post-Pregnancy Appearance At The Golden Globes

Adele made her post-pregnancy appearance at the 70th annual Golden Globes Awards in Beverly Hills on Sunday (Jan. 13).

The songstress looked stunning in a Burberry dress, Miu Miu heels and jewelry by Cartier and Van Cleef and Arpels while she walked the red carpet.

During the show, Adele acknowledged her “lovely son” while accepting an award in the Best Song category for her Skyfall theme song.

“This is for my boyfriend Simon, who convinced me to do it, and my lovely son,” she said.

Chatting with reporters backstage in the press room, the new mom who tends to keep her personal life quiet opened up about becoming a mother.

“I feel a little bit kind of overexcited,” she told reporters. “It’s my first night out since I had my child and my inspiration normally comes from heart break, but I don’t think I am going to be devastated again.”

“I have eczema from boiling bottles!” she added.

Although, Adele kept mum on the name of her child.

“I am not sharing his name at the moment. It is very personal to me.”

Adele and fiancé Simon Konecki welcomed their son in October.
