Actress Reese Witherspoon has given birth to a boy. Reese and her husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into the world earlier today (September 27th 2012).
This is the third child for Reese who has two children, Ava, 13, and Deacon, eight, from her marriage to Ryan Phillippe and this is the first child for her husband Jim Toth.
A representative for the couple confirmed to People: “Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today,. Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled.”
Initially Reese, 36, kept her pregnancy hidden but in the Spring started showing up at events with a very visible bump and told reporters she was feeling very round. Reese has always been open about the fact that she wanted to have a large family.
Mom and baby are said to be doing well, no other details are know yet. Congrats to Reese and Jim on the birth of their new bundle of joy.
