Berry is currently amidst a heated battle with her ex-boyfriend model Gabriel Aubry to move Nahla to France permanently. According to TMZ, Berry’s lawyer will call her fiance Olivier Martinez to the stand to testify about his experience with paparazzi in Paris. Martinez will say the photogs are far more respectful and less aggressive in Paris than in the USA.
