Halle Berry Takes Nahla To The Movies Amidst Court Battle

Halle Berry took her daughter Nahla and a friend to the movies in Hollywood, California on Saturday.  The actress wore boyfriend jeans with a sweater and flats while helping the two girls out of the car.

Berry is currently amidst a heated battle with her ex-boyfriend model Gabriel Aubry to move Nahla to France permanently.  According to TMZ, Berry’s lawyer will call her fiance Olivier Martinez  to the stand to testify about his experience with paparazzi in Paris.  Martinez will say the photogs are far more respectful and less aggressive in Paris than in the USA.
