According to sources, Moss is desperate to be a mother again.
“Kate is full of excitement about her new life and she’s finally come round to wanting to grant Jamie his biggest wish, which is to become a dad,” a source said.
“Jamie is calling their baby plan a work in progress.
“Kate bowed to Jamie’s wishes over her birthday celebrations and kept it low-key. She is staying as healthy as she possibly can to give herself the best chance of conceiving.”
Moss already has nine-year-old daughter, Lila Grace from a previous relationship.
