Alessandra Ambrosio Has Her Hands Full

Alessandra Ambrosio did some shopping at Rite Aid with her daughter Anja on Thursday. Ambrosio who wore jeans with a blue top and patterned sweater had her hands full as she left the store. She carried two huge bags with a book in her hand and a toy car in a box under her arm all while holding Anja’s hand.  I think that is called mommy multi-tasking 🙂
