Hayek says she is mostly proud of her Shrek spin-off film as way of giving working mothers like herself some much needed fun.
“I love this movie because it’s great for the kids but also for the parent,” says Salma who provides the voice of a cat in the film.
“As a working mother I know how much I appreciate getting a break and having some fun and this movie does that. It’s a chance to take a break from the madness!”
