Hilary Duff Works Out Her Little Bump

Hilary Duff is not giving up working out just because she is pregnant!

Duff was seen making her way to a Pilates class in Los Angeles on Wednesday. She wore an all black tight outfit that showed off her growing baby bump. All the working appears to be keeping the baby weight off of Duff.
