Charlie Sheen Spends His Birthday With His Children and PHOTOGS!

Charlie Sheen spent his birthday with Brooke Mueller and his two twin boys Max and Bob. He celebrated his 46th birthday at Buca di Beppo Italian restaurant in Encino, California. As usual, Sheen was unable to share a private moment with his family and invited photogs along.

I wonder if he was more excited that he got to spend the day with his children or that new stories and pictures of him would show up in the media today?  I feel bad for his children.
