Tina Fey and husband Jeffrey Richmond welcomed a baby girl, Penelope Athena on August 1oth.
Fey first told of her second pregnancy to Oprah Winfrey back in April.
“My husband and I really decided that we felt rather than risk having 30 Rock end in several years and feeling like part of our family is missing that we were going to prioritize our family.”
The couple already have one daughter Alice Zenobia who is 5½-year-old.
