In today’s Celeb-Mom Friday Fitness Watch, we bring to you a pregnant January Jones and a stunning pink yoga mat, which she has continued to use faithfully in light of carrying her child.
The soon-to-be mom was seen leaving a studio in Silverlake, California yesterday. It might just be me, but it seems as if January looks a little tired out. Perhaps Tree Pose was a little too hard for her to manage yesterday? She looks a little blue (in the sadness sort of way, not the cyanosis sort of way).
Yoga appears to be a popular fitness choice among pregnant celebs, perhaps because it’s advantageous for both the mind and body — both very important things to nurture during a pregnancy.
