Why Doesn’t Suri Cruise Wear a Coat in Winter?

Even though Suri Cruise, at 5-years-old, is one of the most photographed kiddies in Hollywood, sports heels, and orders her own Starbucks, does that mean she has the right to escape the direction of her mom? Find out why Suri was seen with mom, Katie Holmes, while not wearing a coat in chilly weather.

In an interview with InStyle magazine, Katie admits that the photos are a bit embarrassing, but explains “Recently, Suri and I were taking a walk and a fight got started because it was cold outside and she didn’t want to wear her coat. My philosophy is, well, fine, because after a block of walking you’re going to ask me for your coat.”

“So the pictures of her [without a coat in cold weather] are sort of embarrassing, but I said, “Suri, I’ll take the hit. Just put it on when you get cold.”

If a $150,00 shoe collection isn’t enough for the little diva, she has to go on and refuse to wear a coat in order to have her mother look bad in front of the media. So can the mini celebrity be expecting any siblings soon?  “We already have a very big family; a full household with cousins who are over a lot,” Katie says. “My biggest thing is making sure she’s fully taken care of and doing well.”
