Jessica Alba Opens Up About Her Post Baby Body

Jessica Alba, who is currently expecting her second child, opened up to Allure magazine about the ups and downs of pregnancy.

“I can’t ever get down to the weight I was before I had Honor. My body’s just different,” she said. “The jeans just sort of zip up differently, and things hang differently. It’s a miracle what happens, but you definitely are different afterward. Unless you’re Gisele.”

Not only did becoming a mother change her appearance, it changed her outlook on womanhood.

“It wasn’t something I embraced until I had my daughter. I saw how incredible and amazing it is to be a woman and to be able to create a life,” she said.

But despite the never ending scrutiny about her ever-changing body, the Spy Kids: All the Time in the World actress is keeping her head up high.

“According to some people, I peaked in my early 20s,” she said. “I was like, ‘Oh, really? I feel like I’m getting better.‘”
