Amber Portwood Reunited with Daughter

Amber Portwood, the Teen Mom star was reunited with her daughter Leah for the first time since her suicide attempt nine days ago. Amber and Leah met outside Amber’s home in Anderson, Ind on June 23.

An eyewitness said, “Maybe there was an official from Child Protective Services inside her house, but I didn’t see anyone else outside with Amber and Leah except someone who looked like an MTV cameraman!”

Amber receives two hour supervised visits with Leah once a week. The visitation schedule was put in place when Gary Shirley gained primary custody of their daughter in May.

Amber claims she is receiving help for her issues. “I am going to rehab for anger control issues and depression,” Amber admitted. “I’m on medication at the moment to help me just relax. I’m getting the help I need from friends, family and counseling.”
