TLC is kicking off an all-new season of ‘The Little Couple’ with a premiere episode airing Tuesday, May 31 at 10/9c. This premiere episode will continue to follow Bill and Jen as they press on with the path of surrogacy. The couple has decided to switch fertility medications with the mentality that third time’s a charm. With the discovery of two mature eggs, will the extraction be a success worth celebrating or will the Little Couple be sent back to square one?
