Miley Cyrus Lends a Helping Hand To Deaf Children in Haiti

Miley Cyrus, 18, is currently in Haiti to support the Starkey Hearing Foundation and in the process of helping deaf children get supplies that they need.  Miley is finally channeling her energy into something positive.

This isn’t the first time Miley has aided the people of Haiti. She released a single and donated the proceeds to the Helping Haiti campaign and the Disasters Emergency Committee and last year she auctioned off her Grammys dress to benefit the American Red Cross’ relief efforts in Haiti.
