Get ready for Rio 2!

In anticipation of the April 11th release, Avon Canada has launched a special Rio 2 branded edition of the Avon Naturals Kids products in partnership with Blue Sky Studios / 20th Century Fox.

My family loves the original Rio movie, so I was excited to try out these specially themed personal care products on, Ava, my 2-year-old daughter. All the products are dermatologist-tested, hypo-allergenic, tear-free and safe for sensitive skin. 

The line includes:

• Nico Pedro Magnificent Mango Lip Balm
• Rafael Crazy Coconut Shampoo & Conditioner
• Gabi Magnificent Mango Detangling Spray
• Detangling Comb
• Luiz Crazy Coconut Bath Time Body Paints 

The bottles definitely capture the feel of the movie with the loveable and zany characters on each bottle. Most natural products are scent-free, so these fun tropical scented products were a nice change. They smelled great and made our bathroom smell like a tropical paradise. 

The Crazy Coconut bubble bath was a natural hit at bath-time because Ava is obsessed with bubbles. I swear she would use a whole bottle if I let her! While soaking in the bubbles, she got a kick out of painting herself and the bath with the Coconut Bath Time Body Paint. I just had to stop her from dunking the bottle in the water because the label warns against doing so.

The detangling spray is a must in our house. Not only is it a life-saver for Ava, but mommy too. She has always had more hair than most kids her age and she hates it! Her hair tangles easily, so a detangling spray is an absolute must if I want to save my ears while brushing her hair. I found the spray smelled and worked great.
