The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Tuesday, August 12, 2025, reveal Bill and Liam bonding, but not before Bill gets the shock of his life.

Grace Better Run and Hide

Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) still can’t believe what Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) put them through over the last few months.

They thought Liam was really going to die and tried to spend as much time together with Beth as possible. Liam was really facing his own mortality and it was all a lie.

Liam never had brain cancer at all. It was just a dirty and desperate trick from Dr. Grace Buckingham.

She needed cash and she used Liam to get it just like her husband used Liam and Hope’s baby to get cash six years ago. Liam didn’t even tell his father what was going on for months. Hope ended up blurting it out and that is when Grace got what she wanted. But she won’t want what’s coming next.

Bill Can’t Believe His Ears

When Liam and Hope tell Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) that it was all a trick, Bill nearly loses his mind. The same family that stole his granddaughter now stole months from his son and for what? To pay off an old gambling debt because there was no other way to do it?

Bill is not a man who takes something like this lightly and vows that Grace is going to pay. We guess he won’t be getting her out of jail the way he sprung Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada).

When Bill calms down, he and Liam share some special father-son bonding moments. This whole thing began after Bill and Liam had a knock-down drag out fight. When it was over and Bill was gone, Liam passed out due to a brain bleed, which set Grace’s whole plan into motion.

Now, Bill and Liam can finally debrief and decompress from the last few months. Their relationship is stronger than ever and Bill even wants Liam to return to work at Spencer Publications. It looks like all is right in their world.
