The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Billy Ignores Sally’s Wishes And Attends Dumas’ Gathering

The Young And The Restless spoilers indicate that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is among the recipients of Aristotle Dumas’ gathering at his home in France.

Of course, several other residents of Genoa City including Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). However, Billy is about to launch his new company, Abbott Communications. Why would Billy leave town at this important time?

Sally Spectra Is Furious With Billy Abbott

Billy swore to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) that he was done trying to go after Victor and was going to concentrate on this launch.

Unfortunately, Billy has received this invitation from Dumas to at:tend this gathering and Billy is ready and willing to leave town putting the launch in Sally’s hands instead of being there to support his own venture.

Sally agreed to do this with Billy, not for him. Sally thought they were doing this as a team. Billy’s focus needs to be on his company, not running off to meet some mysterious recluse who wants to toy with other people by working through other people instead of facing his adversaries head on like he should.

Billy Abbott Is Too Curious To Stay Home

Apparently, Billy missed the old saying that curiosity killed the cat. Billy knows that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is gunning for him because Victor has put him on the case. Sally has been trying to keep the peace and keep Billy’s mind on work.

The problem is, Billy cannot or will not keep himself ways from trouble when it comes to the Newmans.

Billy knows nothing about Aristotle Dumas, no one does. Dumas contacted Billy out of the blue about Chancellor and how Victor managed to take it away from him.

Billy wants to know who this person is and why he is so interested in Chancellor. Why does Chancellor or Dumas matter now that Billy has his own company?

Sally Spectra Is Trying To Protect Billy Abbott

Sally knows that Billy could be making a huge mistake going to meet Dumas at all. Sally doesn’t trust this person or the way they approached Billy. Knowing that Dumas is Victor’s enemy only makes him more interesting to Billy.

However, spending any time at Dumas’ meeting could be detrimental to everything that Billy is trying to do.

Will Billy’s decision to bail on the launch of the company lead to Sally and Billy having issues with their partnership? Sally has stood by Billy and even gave a job that she loved to work with him.

How could Billy not listen to her concerns about this trip? How exactly will this affect Billy and Sally’s relationship?
