Fans know that Sophia claims that Tate is the father of her baby. Of course, fans also know that Sophia got upset with Tate and didn’t sleep with him the day she claimed to have gotten pregnant.

In fact, Sophia had gotten upset and stormed away from Tate and went right straight to talk to Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo).

When Sophia and Aaron talked, she learned that Aaron truly wanted to go out with her for their previous prom, a dance that she thought Aaron had been conned into keeping her company at. The whole truth could come out about how Sophia and Aaron had slept together that one time revealing their tryst that resulted in this baby.

As evil as it seems, could Sophia have used this baby to keep Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) apart hoping that Tate would fall for her and want to stay with her even if someone adopted their baby? Is this why Sophia is so worried about Tate getting even more attached to the baby? Does Sophia just want this child gone?
