The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Liam Pushes Hope Towards Carter, But She Wants Him Back Instead

Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) has found himself in the fight of his life, for his life. Tests after a fall at his father’s house have revealed that Liam has an inoperable mass on his brain and his days are now numbered.

He is staying with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline Maccines Wood) and John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) in their guest house and wants them to stay quiet about his illness.

While there is normally no love lost between Steffy and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), given the situation, Steffy has encouraged Liam to tell Hope what is going on. They were married for years and share a daughter, so Hope needs to know what is up.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Hope Already Knows That Something Is Up With Liam

Hope may actually know Liam better than anyone else, so for him not to be calling to check on Beth, or returning her phone calls was a huge red flag.

When Hope finally tracked him down and found out that Liam was at Steffy’s, her reaction was to run to see him. When they talked, Hope asked him several times what was really going on and Liam repeatedly dodged or changed the subject.

Hope continued to call Liam out every time that he tried to divert her attention and it’s clear that she isn’t going to stop until she gets the truth. Part of Liam’s dodging included giving Hope advice about Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor), who she recently split from. Liam believes that Carter loves Hope and he encouraged her to fix things with him.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Hope Still Wants Liam

What Liam doesn’t know is that he has already been on Hope’s mind. While out of a job and nursing a broken heart Hope has been examining her life over the last few years.

She has reflected on the good and the bad and the one person that rises to the surface for her is Liam. She has been wondering if their marriage ended too soon and if maybe now is the time to try again.

Liam is encouraging Hope to link back up with Carter because he knows that his days are numbered. He still loves Hope and wants to know that she is loved and cared for, for the long haul.

The thing is, the more that he tries to push her away, the more Hope ends up missing him and what they shared. After she finally learns of his health crisis, Hope is going to want Liam with her so that she can take care of him, but will she let him?
