The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates pose a question-how long until John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) fatherly instincts take over where Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) is concerned? Finn claims that he won’t bend concerning his vow to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to stay away, but it’s likely only a matter of time before he breaks!

Finn Made A Vow To Steffy, Swore He’d Never Break It

Finn pledged to Steffy that he would keep his distance from Luna, no matter the circumstances-but deep down, he’s got to be torn between his daughter and his wife.

On the surface, this commitment appears completely reasonable; however, in reality, this promise may not last, and its expiration could arrive sooner than Steffy anticipates! Finn is an admirable man, a loyal husband, and a wonderful stepfather to Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) and a father to Hayes Finnegan (Alexander and Chase Banks).

Yet, with the revelation that Luna is his biological daughter, a new dimension of his identity emerges—one that won’t remain concealed for long.

Of course he already has fatherly instincts towards his stepdaughter and his son, but how long until he can no longer ignore them where Luna’s concerned?

Tick-Tick-Tick-Finn’s Fatherly Instincts Towards Luna Are Like A Ticking Time Bomb!

Finn simply cannot turn a blind eye to someone in distress, particularly when that person is family. He might attempt to push thoughts of Luna aside, but the moment she faces challenges or finds herself in a tough spot, his protective instincts will surge.

That’s just who he is; it may begin with small gestures, like inquiring about Luna’s health or seeking updates from others around her.

However, it won’t remain at that level for long. Soon enough, Finn will find himself discreetly offering her advice, sharing fatherly hugs, and ultimately crossing boundaries he promised himself he wouldn’t.

Will Finn’s Inevitable Bond With Luna Mean The End Of Him And Steffy?

What will happen when Steffy discovers the truth? Betrayal is a sensitive issue in their marriage, and given Finn’s past difficulties in setting boundaries—remember Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown)? Steffy won’t react well if he goes back on his word; the real question now isn’t whether Finn will break his promise, but when he will do it.
