General Hospital Spoilers hint Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) was almost out of the woods when it came to this pregnancy journey and keeping her past in the past.

She had long ago settled on not telling anyone in her future what she did when she was really just a kid. A teenage girl pregnant by accident, she made a rather grown-up decision when she gave her child up for adoption.

The decision not to tell the man she married couldn’t have come easily, and the guilt of her lie by omission has weighed on her the more that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) looked forward to having a child with her — an experience he assumed would be a first for both of them.

Now, telling him the truth — that she had a baby by Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and gave him/her up for adoption — she could risk losing more than just her shot at motherhood.

General Hospital Spoilers — Just a Couple of Kids at Camp

Way back in the day, Brook Lynn and Dante were two kids at camp enjoying the best of what summer had to offer.

Despite the number of years Brook Lynn has spent beating herself up for taking Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) money in exchange for trying to break Dante away from Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins), we imagine the real guilt she feels is stemming from something she did a bit further back in years.

A summer love with Dante ended up being a secret they kept all this time — first so that Lulu would never know and later, so that Chase wouldn’t. That begs the question: Who will react worse — Chase or Dante?

GH Spoilers Leak Dante Wants to Know His Child

While Brook Lynn made this decision with herself and her child in mind, she may not have given serious consideration to Dante’s feelings way back then.

At least, that’s how Dante will probably end up feeling when he hears the news. Lulu is certain to throw some gas on that fire, too, using it as ammunition to further support her horrible opinions of the type of person Brook Lynn is.

Nevertheless, if Dante ends up wanting to track down his now-adult child, how will Brook Lynn and Chase reconcile with that — and will they remain a team?

Brook Lynn will be so preoccupied with worry over whether or not Dante will ever forgive her that it’s unlikely she’ll even consider that he will try to circumvent her wishes all these years later.

Given that she and Dante have remained in one another’s lives, Brook Lynn will probably feel that any decision Dante makes to find their child will be too hard for her to ignore. A

t the same time, she’ll have to cater to her husband’s very vulnerable emotions on the heels of finding out he cannot father a child with her.
