Truely Brown Bites David, Fans Hope For Therapy

Sister Wives star Truely Brown turned 13 last year, and when initial reports arrived that she bit David Woolley, Christine Brown’s daughter was just one month shy of reaching that age. Now, TLC fans who watch Season 19 of the show hope that the young reality TV star has gotten some therapy. 

Truely Brown Has Some Disturbing Behavior

At one stage, aged 12, Christine Brown’s daughter started photo bombing family photos on outings.  Certainly, it became more than a joke because fans who follow her mom on social media noted that it seemed deliberate rather than fun. Make no mistake, TLC fans did not slam the young teen. Instead, they felt unhappy because clearly, something was troubling her. 

Truely Brown, as Sister Wives fans are aware, grew up in a polygamous family. Often, her father was absent, especially during the COVID years. Then after that, her mom left Kody Brown and moved to Utah. There, Christine Brown rushed into a new relationship with David Woolley and her daughter’s whole world changed. So, it’s no wonder that she might struggle.

Those TLC fans who follow Christine Brown on social media already knew about the biting incident. It happened last year when David Woolley and his new lady visited Moab, Utah, per The Sun. 

Truely Brown sat in the back seat of the ATV, but suddenly leaned forward and bit David Wooley’s hand. Shocked, he said to Christine Brown, “Ah, she just bit me!” Then she laughed. Her mother tried to chide her, saying rather lamely, “Really, Truely? Be nice to David!” In response, the teenager replied, “No!”

Sister Wives Fans Hope For Therapy

Now that the biting scene arrived on the show, many TLC fans expressed their shock and worries about Truely Brown. 

On Reddit, many people hoped that the young Sister Wives star either got therapy or will do so soon. Here are some of their concerns:

• I think truly needs therapy, imo.
• we’ve seen her be physically agressive towards David at least twice now. Thats what they decided to show on camera so I’m wondering what she’s done that they haven’t shown or been around for…Also biting as a 13 year old is not acceptable behaviour in any situation.
• I was just thinking that about the BITING. Not acceptable as a small child, but at her age…OMG!
• There’s a lot going on here. She’s has issues that no one is addressing. Her actions aren’t cute or funny.
• My son is 13 and I’d have him at a doctor and therapists office so fast if he bit someone b/c I’d know something is very wrong. 
• I would be surprised that someone has not stepped in and required the minors in that family to go into counseling/therapy.
