General Hospital Spoilers: Will It Be Danny and Rocco Who Unearth the Truth About Jason’s Sucker Punch to Drew’s Face?
bDanny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Francis Carr) were suspicious from the moment that Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) claimed that he ran into a door when exiting the kitchen.
First of all, what door? The back door? Is Drew new here? I digress. Rocco overheard Drew talking to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) about the incident at hand and now knows the bruises all over half of Drew’s face are thanks to Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) handiwork.
Brothers in spirit, nothing was going to stop Rocco from sharing that tidbit of truth with Danny — who couldn’t wait to put his dad on the spot about it.
While Jason remained tight-lipped about why he got into it with his twin brother, Danny and Rocco aren’t likely to drop this bone. The question is — what will they do with the truth when they dig it up?
General Hospital Spoilers — Danny and Rocco Put Their Heads Together
Maybe the apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree, but we might see some serious sleuthing coming out of Danny as he puts his thinking cap on trying to figure out what would cause his dad to go postal on Drew like that.
This could serve as a pretty good distraction right now for two sad teenage boys who are going through one of life’s worst circumstances.
That being said, Rocco is going to get wrapped up in Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins) waking up and that may leave Danny to his own devices for a while on this front. Will he stay out of his dad’s business?
GH Spoilers Suggest This is an Adult Matter
Jason isn’t inclined to treat Danny like he’s a child, and that’s always been a point of contention between him and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).
This time around, he may struggle with having to put Danny in his place if he doesn’t remain in check on his own. After seeing the way Danny went off on Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) just before the funeral, it’s safe to say he’s not exactly taking his mother’s death in stride as much as he previously led us to believe.
Trying to be there for his little sister, he may have masked the way he was really feeling. Now, he could project how he’s feeling onto this situation with Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and Drew just to have an outlet for his anger.
General Hospital Spoilers — Who Can They Confide In?
Danny has a pretty solid head on his shoulders, as does Rocco. These two normally go directly to their parents when they have a problem that is troubling them.
They’re not typically getting involved in others’ business or spreading gossip. Rather, they seek to protect their family, and Drew is a part of that.
Furthermore, Willow and Drew’s affair has no bearing on the lives of these two teenagers. But Danny could take a liking to his dad’s way of dealing with things — especially as he navigates the murky world of trauma and grief he is buried in since the loss of his mother.
Will we see Danny acting out much like his father, and if so, how is Jason going to impose any consequence for the behavior he taught Danny himself? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to see how this plays out.
