General Hospital Spoilers: Brook Lynn and Dante Keep Reminiscing, and It Could Lead Them Back in Time

General Hospital spoilers float Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) go way back — to the neighborhood in Bensonhurst to be exact.

But we don’t hear much about their childhoods together or the way they have drifted into and out of one another’s lives. For the last few years, it’s been easier for them to be friendly.

Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins) is in a coma, making it simpler for Dante to be kind to Brook Lynn despite Lulu’s feelings against her.

Plus, he and Lulu weren’t together when she was injured in the explosion at the Floating Rib anyway. Adding to the mix is Dante being partnered with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) on the police force.

Lately, we’ve seen more of these two connecting with each other and talking about the past and their long standing relationship. Is there a reason for that?

General Hospital Spoilers — Going Way Back Now

Brook Lynn and Dante briefly entangled with one another years ago, but it wasn’t exactly in the spirit of authenticity. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) paid Brook Lynn to try to break up Dante and Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins).

Brook Lynn did her best and staged a scene that made it look like she and Dante slept together when they didn’t — or at least, that’s the story that was told back then.

Of course, all of this transpired after they both lived in Port Charles — far from the neighborhood.

GH Spoilers Gush Something Happened — and It’s a Secret

Now, we’re being led to believe a different story may have happened. Dante and Brook Lynn had a private conversation a couple of months ago hinting at a secret in their background that they shared — and that they wanted to stay a secret.

They specifically hinted at Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) being part of the reason it needed to stay hush — as though the truth coming out would disrupt their current relationships. Is the secret that they really did sleep together, and did that evolve into an even bigger secret of the nine-month fashion?

General Hospital Spoilers — Is It Gio?

Giovanni ‘Gio’ Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) coming to town didn’t make sense to many fans until this conversation took place. His importance at Brook Lynn’s wedding was overstated for someone we had never heard about before.

His ties to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) were odd since Carly had never once heard of the kid. The amount of love Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) showered him with might not have been that abnormal for her, but we’re starting to recognize a pattern.

Sonny and Lois love this kid the most. Could that be because he is Brook Lynn and Dante’s son — their grandson? If so, it doesn’t appear Brook Lynn and Dante know it.
