Maci Bookout Shares Milestone Day For Bentley

Teen Mom: The Next Chapter brought Maci Bookout and her son Bentley back to MTV fans. Her early desires for him to have a normal childhood without TV and press coverage failed. But, it’s clear that on his special day this weekend, she and Ryan Edwards had made great progress in co-parenting their boy. 

Maci Bookout Shared Bentley Over The Years

Despite not wanting cameras in her son’s face, Bentley’s mom did keep him on social media. In 2012, when he turned four, she posted sweet photos of him enjoying a cowboy-themed party. But this year, the theme was quite different although he did ride away at the end of it. 

Maci Bookout and Ryan Edwards had a tumultuous relationship, and she moved on with Kyle King. However, despite thinking about marriage, it never happened. Then in 2016, she married Taylor McKinney, having welcomed two half-siblings for Bentley, Jayde Carter and Maverick Reed. This weekend, the whole family got together to celebrate Bentley’s 16th birthday. 

Bentley Celebrates A Milestone Birthday 

This weekend, photos and a reel went up on Instagram and Teen Mom fans saw that all of Bentley’s friends and family gathered to play some fun golf. MTV fans were thrilled to see him later find a blue truck in the garage and he drove off with it. 

Maci Bookout wrote her MTV fans a long caption about Bentley who had just turned 16. In part, the Teen Mom star said:

Today you are 16 Happy Birthday to my boy @bentleycedwards 1️⃣6️⃣ You are an incredible young man, thanking God for picking me to be your Mom. I love you Bentley. Happy freakin’ Birthday!! ❤️ Shoutout to childhood friends who become lifelong friends! Benny is so blessed to have you in his life.

The Teen Mom star also thanked everyone who helped her get the party organized, and Maci Bookout said that Bentley “truly deserves it!”
