General Hospital Spoilers: Ned’s PI Finds Just What She Needs — and Michael Plots His Revenge on Drew

General Hospital: Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth)

General Hospital spoilers report Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) has hired a private investigator named Elaine (Judy Cain) to get to the bottom of his suspicions about Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) having an affair.

Elaine was quick to affirm Ned’s gut instinct that something is going on; he just wants the proof — and she’s heard that before. It’s a good thing for him that Elaine is one of the best and knows how to get the dirt on even the most high-profile people.

That’ll be important for someone like Drew, who is running for office. Will what she finds be enough to make sure he’s forced to cave to Ned’s demands, and if so, what will those demands be? Or, will Ned use the information he gets from Elaine to play things much dirtier with Drew.

General Hospital Spoilers — Elaine Always Delivers

Elaine is a new character on the scene, so we can’t say with complete confidence that she will deliver exactly what Ned is hoping for. But we can say his incentive to even hire her points to him not wanting to find proof that nothing is happening between Willow and Drew — and that won’t reflect well on him.

The more he thinks about it, the more he’ll realize how bad he could look in his family’s eyes if he touts that he hired a professional to poke into Drew’s and Willow’s private lives. Instead, he may exact his revenge in a much different way than most are thinking.

GH Spoilers Tease Ned Seeks Revenge

Ned is tired of dealing with Drew always trying to ice him out of the family business — which is exactly what is happening behind his back right now. Ned tried to warn Michael about Drew, but his young nephew didn’t listen.

Now, Michael may learn the hard way just how right Ned was about his other uncle. Ultimately, Ned wants to maintain control of ELQ, and Michael is about to be squarely stuck in the middle while Ned gains the ultimate leverage in the situation — instigating a war between Drew and Michael that will most certainly bring Mikey over to his side.

General Hospital Spoilers — Michael Will Get His Turn, Too

When Michael finds out from a concerned Ned that Drew and Willow are getting too close for comfort, he probably won’t want to believe it right away. It isn’t outside the realm of expectations that Michael may instantly assume Ned is trying to kick up dust or even smear Drew in some way that attacks his own wife.

We can be sure Michael won’t take to that, but photographic evidence will bring his world tumbling down. Will Michael immediately lose his cool? Probably not.

He’s too strategic for that. Instead, we might see Michael work to play Drew like a fiddle and lead him to believe he’s going to help him oust Ned out of majority control of ELQ while actually working with Ned to do the same to Drew. How do you see this playing out?
