Days Of Our Lives Spoilers suggest that Fiona Cook (Serena Scott Thomas) will finally be exposed as the person who ran Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) down and left her to die. Sarah and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will both be furious with her for her actions.

However, it seems that Fiona will gain redemption when Victoria Kiriakis (the Kerr twins) gets choked while Sarah is watching her alone. Will Fiona save Victoria from what could be sudden death?

Fiona Cook Cares About No One But Herself

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Fiona has been lying from day one about her drinking among other things. Fiona knew that it was Sarah that she ran down and didn’t even call an ambulance before taking Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) home and putting him in his driver’s seat before leaving him and that car at the penthouse.

Fiona never even told Brady that he wasn’t at fault, allowing him to believe that he hit Sarah and agreeing that Brady needed to be punished.

The only thing Fiona admitted to was the affair with Brady to keep Xander from hurting him. Now Fiona has broken that off as well while Brady believes she made a huge sacrifice for him.

DOOL Spoilers: Sarah Horton Cannot Chase Her Daughter

Sarah is confined to a wheelchair and cannot chase after her daughter. Victoria is a one year old toddler and can easily get out of her mother’s grasp.

If Victoria was to get away from Sarah, she could get choked on a number of things in the Kiriakis mansion. Suppose this was to happen and Fiona was the only one who could save her.

Victoria could find an earring, a button, or anything small enough to put into her mouth and choke on it. Victoria could also endanger herself by getting into a situation where she could fall down the stairs or anything.

Sarah isn’t left alone with her daughter very much but an emergency could arise at any time. Will Fiona be the toddler’s only hope?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Sarah Horton Can Be Very Persuasive

If Fiona were to save Victoria, Sarah would be all about forgiveness no matter what Fiona did to her. Sarah could be Fiona’s champion when it comes to Xander.

Will Fiona and Xander reconnect because she saves his daughter? Can Sarah forgive her mother in law for almost killing her that night and leaving her in the road?

Sarah knows all about addiction because of her mother’s drinking issues. Sarah would no doubt be more forgiving than Xander any day.

Can Sarah help forge a relationship between Xander and his mother again? will Xander ever forgive Fiona for what she did to Sarah that faithful night and covering it up?
