Trent Johnston Shares Adorable Outing With Baby Leighton

7 Little Johnstons star Trent Johnston became a grandpa when his daughter, Liz Johnston, and her boyfriend Brice Bolden welcomed Leighton Drew Bolden nine months ago. This week, the family patriarch shared some adorable photos of himself with Leighton when he and Brice took the little girl on an outing. 

TLC Star Trent Johnston Loves Being A Grandpa

7 Little Johnstons fans saw that Liz Johnston seemed afraid to tell her mom, Amber, and her dad about her pregnancy. In fact, she hid it for about as long as anyone could. Her boyfriend, Brice seemed terrified about breaking the news. As TLC fans know, despite expressing disappointment that Liz didn’t trust them, they took the news well.

Trent Johnston and the rest of the family spent time during the TLC show deciding whether they wanted a little person or an average-sized person. It wasn’t ever going to change anything, and Leighton turned out to be average-sized. In fact, that could explain why Liz took a lot of heat for what she wanted. She wanted a little person and fans couldn’t understand why she would wish skeletal complications on her baby. These days, her daughter is at the age where she’s interested in things, so her dad and grandfather took her on an outing.

Brice Bolden & His Daughter Bond With Trent

7 Little Johnstons fans are not sure what job Brice Bolden does. However, his social media is full of photos of him fishing or doing other outdoor activities. Perhaps he works with nature. Anyway, he and Liz Johnston’s dad went out into nature with his daughter, Leighton. There, the three of them did some fun things. Clearly, it was a big day, because, at one stage, Leighton fell fast asleep. 

When TLC star Trent Johnston posted the pictures, he said on Instagram:

If you don’t know, “Boppa” is the nickname that Trent uses for “Grandfather.”
