Liam had gone to Paris to marry Hope. However, Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer), wanted Hope to marry her son Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) instead. Quinn pushed Ivy into the Seine to distract everyone.

Of course, Liam jumped in to save Ivy and missed his own wedding. When Liam got to the altar, Hope had run off to marry Wyatt instead.

Liam and Ivy grew closer as she was there for him to lean on through this. Liam and Ivy took a trip to Amsterdam where they confessed their love. Liam and Ivy began dating but she caught Steffy trying to seduce him.

Ivy proposed to Liam to get a green card when she learned she was about to be deported because her immigration paperwork was wrong.

Ivy and Wyatt later began dating but broke up when Quinn exposed her feelings for Liam. Ivy then packed up and returned to Australia.
