General Hospital Spoilers lament Kelly Monaco is leaving GH. It has been confirmed. What is still up in the air is the way she’s going to go out — allegedly with quite a bang.

Many GH fans are too furious to entertain this reality right now. They want to keep Kelly on the show at any cost, and some are protesting that they’ll boycott GH altogether and stop watching if she is let go.

Knowing that rarely goes in our favor, I’ll stick to the other controversy here. Is Sam going to die? If so, how? Will she simply leave town without a trace?

General Hospital Spoilers — Lulu’s Awakening Just Might Be Too Much

Right now, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante are going strong — at least as far as she knows, and as far as he’s being honest with himself. While his feelings are all over the place about possibly losing Lulu for good, she’s not exactly back either.

So that makes it hard for him to commit to the reality that he’s still in love with her. Furthermore, he really does love Sam. He hasn’t been disingenuous, and he may be learning that you can love two people at the same time — especially when one of them just wasn’t an option because they’ve been in a coma.

But if she hadn’t been, would Dante be with Sam right now — or Lulu? As his behavior begins to reflect that he is considering trying to answer that question, the same thing may start staring Sam in the face.

If Lulu does wake up and Dante chooses her, will Sam jump ship and leave town all because a boy broke her heart?

GH Spoilers Complain Jason Could Push Sam Over the Edge

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has been little more than a burden to Sam ever since he came back to town. While she was happy to learn he was alive, she couldn’t believe that his absence was voluntary.

Further, she struggled with the truth that he only chose to stay away from his children and loved ones because of one loved one in particular — Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

We imagine she’s still not over that. If she starts suspecting she can’t ditch Jason and keep him away from their son, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), will Sam make greater strides to pull it off by leaving Port Charles and taking her kids with her?

This could dovetail nicely with a presumed exit by Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) should he win the election and have to move to Washington, D.C.

General Hospital Spoilers — Danny’s Life Could Take a Turn for the Worse

Danny may also be the catalyst for this change in GH cast members. Over the last six months, we’ve seen his character gain exposure. His relationship with his father is slowly growing, and he has been distancing himself just a bit from his mother’s reach.

Poor Sam has only been trying to keep her son safe, and she knows the kind of harms that come in tow with Jason’s profession very well. But could it be that Danny is about to get unintentionally wrapped up in his father’s world and end up in danger?
