Little People, Big World Spoilers: Why is Josiah Roloff Having Surgery?

Little People, Big World spoilers reveal that Josiah Roloff is having surgery soon. His sister, Lilah Roloff is still recovering from her surgery and this has put Tori and Zach Roloff in a very stressful situation.

The couple opened up more about their children lately on their podcast, Raising Heights. Let’s find out more about what they have said about Josiah’s surgery.

Why is Josiah Having Surgery?

Lilah was just in the hospital a few weeks ago and Tori was incredibly worried about her. She has been dealing with sleep apnea and hopefully the surgery helped her.

Jackson Roloff has had multiple surgeries on his legs in order to keep them from being bowed. The Roloffs have always known that their children would have to endure surgeries and doctors because they were all born with dwarfism.

Tori recently shared some pictures of Josiah in the hospital and fans want to know what happened and why he was there. Tori admitted that she had been nervous that Josiah was going into the hospital. She captioned the photo, “Tonsillectomy 2/2! Hopefully, we won’t be back here for a while! Josiah did such a great job today!”

Josiah’s Recovery

From what Tori has posted, it does seem as if Josiah is doing much better. He and his sister had the same surgery just weeks apart. This has been pretty stressful for Tori and Zach.

They now have two children who are recovering from surgery. Josiah did have inflamed tonsils and this is why the doctors felt that it was important to remove them.

Their doctors have also suggested that since the children were all born with dwarfism, they were more likely to have sleep apnea and removing the tonsils can also help with that.

Fans have shown a lot of concern for Josiah lately. They were happy to hear that he is recovering well. Tori continues to keep fans posted on his recovery and it looks as if he is doing great. We will keep an eye on all of the Roloff children to see how they are doing and if Tori makes any other updates on their health.
