Days Of Our Lives spoilers and updates for the week of July 1st reveal a super fan is coming back for a super arc, and the Salem DA continues her comeback.

Julie Dove reprises her role as Connie Vinski, while Tina Huang makes more appearances as former-now-current DA Melinda Trask.

Viewers will recall there was a contest for a viewer to win a short role on Days of Our Lives, and Julie Dove was the winner of the prize.

Connie Viniski made her first appearance in 2023 as a client of Sloan Petersen-Brady (Jessica Serfaty) and then went on a disastrous blind date with the late Li Shin (Remington Hoffman).

Dove returns to the screen on Friday, July 5, with Connie attending EJ’s (Dan Feuerriegel) press conference.

She will have interactions with Cherie Jimenez’s Gabi DiMera. Rumor has it that she’s back for a short but unexpected story arc; perhaps she remembers something the late Li told her?

DOOL Spoilers: Melinda Trask For The Defense

She will have intense scenes with EJ on Monday, July 1, and will return on Friday, July 5 to interact with Stacy Haiduk’s Kristen DiMera.

According to the photo gallery in this week’s edition of Soap Opera Digest, things get very intense.

EJ is facing a threat from Melinda, who plans to expose that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) is the father of her son, not EJ-Nicole DiMera (Arianne Zucker) is enraged and EJ is struggling to control the situation.

Will Nicole discover the truth or is she simply angry about the immunity deal-EJ is in trouble with Nicole, how will he manage to resolve the conflict? Could Nicole catch something unexpected on the baby monitor-EJ is furious with Melinda’s actions, will he make a foolish move?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Desperate Deals

EJ will need to make a desperate deal with Melinda on Monday, July 1 but by the end of the week, he’ll be grabbing her arm with a murderous look on his face!

Kristen’s dealings with Melinda involve contemplating putting her into a key position at DiMera on Friday, July 5. Melinda handed over the little black book of Gil Carter’s (David S. Lee) with his and Li’s blood on it to ensure Gabi’s release, but apparently Connie will have more for Gabi.

Gabi already has her freedom, so how much more would Connie know that could do anything more for her? Or did Connie crush on Li in spite of their disastrous blind date and now blames Gabi anew for his death?
