Soap Hub was the first report about the daytime drama hosting a casting call for a new leading lady. Producers are looking for an actress between the ages of 45 and 50 to play the role of “Sabrina.” She’s described as a “strong, sophisticated leading lady.”

Will this woman steal Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) heart? The Bold and the Beautiful Reddit is buzzing about this news. Fans discussed what this could mean for the golden couple, who claim to be “soulmates.” Some argued they would like to see a new leading man on the show.

“Can she be a sophisticated woman who’s leading a rival fashion house?” one fan asked.

Crew will be recast as will Spencer, son of Katie Logan (Heather Thomas) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).

His first taping day is Friday, June 14 and his first airdate is Thursday, August 1. Jamison Belushi will play the role of lab technician, April. She will tape her role on Monday, July 15. The airdate is unknown, but it could be scheduled for September.

B&B viewers called out Bradley Bell for favoring nepotism. In case you didn’t know, the show is full of it. Lauralee Bell is Bradley’s sister and the daughter of William J. Bell. She plays the role of Christine Blair on Y&R.
