The Young and The Restless Spoilers reveal that Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra) hasn’t been seen a lot on social media lately. Courtney often shares inspirational posts about life and spirituality to inspire her followers has been missed. However, Courtney turned to Instagram to offer a video on why she has been missing in action.

Courtney Hope Has Been Missed On Social Media

Since Courtney is such a big presence on Social Media, fans have been asking her where she is and when she will be returning. Fans are accustomed to catching up with her quite often, so this certainly had everyone wondering if Courtney was okay. What did Courtney have to say about her noted absence from the web?

Courtney’s video begins, “Hello everyone. Happy Sunday. I am here because a lot of people have asked me where I’ve been on social media. I haven’t been posting as much, and I’m here to address it. We each go through different seasons of our lives, and this season, for me, has been a lot about head down, nose to the grindstone working and really nourishing the relationships around me and with myself.”

Y&R Spoilers: Courtney Hope Severely Limited Her Social Media Time

Courtney goes on to say that she couldn’t completely walk away from social media so she gave herself a time limit. “I’ve been doing 15 minutes of social media a day. That’s it. It’s been wonderful,” Hope said.

“I’ve been diving more into my life and looking at who I need to be, what I want to be, what my life looks like for the next chapter, and how I can become that, step up to that. So lots of work. Been super-busy this last month. Next month is super-busy, lots of projects, good stuff. So yeah, this season, not in a bad way, but this is my working season — head down.”

Courtney goes on to discuss deadlines that she has to meet and focus on her own life. She said she has been neglecting that while working and it is time to create a balance. “When I do have my off time, I’m focused on those that I love and also reestablishing connection with myself. We’re constantly evolving and we need different things, and sometimes it’s easy to let those fall by the wayside because we are focused on all these other tasks or things you need to do or other people,” she explained.

Hope is one to admit that there comes a time when everyone needs to take a break from social media and focus on the more important things in life. We can all get carried away and wants to start blasting comments on Social Media due to boredom and frustration. Perhaps we all sometimes need to take a page out of Hope’s book and listen to ourselves.

“There comes a time where it… goes from inspiration and motivation to depression, honestly, because I spend so much time being like, ‘Oh, look,’ that I’m actually neglecting the things that I need to be doing to achieve these things.”
