The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will get a heads-up from Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).

Hurricane Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is raging, after Lily fired Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) because that also leaves her without a job-she might be out to take more than Chancellor-Winters out!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Could Get Caught In The Fallout

In the episode of April 15, Daniel talks about his wrongful termination lawsuit against Lily, and admits his mother Phyllis could get caught in the fallout.

Lily will likely fire Phyllis considering all the friction in the company in the wake of both Daniel and Heather Stevens’ (Vail Bloom) dismissals, since it was purely for personal reasons.

While Lily was out of state helping her daughter Mattie Ashby (Lexie Stevenson) for an extended period of time, Daniel, in a committed relationship with her went back to Heather.

Phyllis could turn around and hint to Lily that since she fired her son and his girlfriend, she’ll take all Lily’s employees with her and quit.

After all, that’s a case of firing someone involving retaliation against the employee, even if Wisconsin is a state that is a “right to work” state.

Y & R Spoilers: Phyllis Drops Some Worrisome Hints

Phyllis will drop some hints about some other opportunities, but she’ll also drop a worrisome hint to Nick that will sound like an alarming prediction. Later, she’ll talk to their daughter Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) about it as well-she’ll put it in terms of “things blowing up big time” at Chancellor-Winters.

Both Nick and Summer will take it as some kind of retaliation against Lily in a personal way, and much more dangerous than trying to stage a walkout.

The way she insinuates it could sound downright sinister, as well; and Nick knows Lily is going through a lot to begin with, due to Daniel’s betrayal.

Nick and Summer both know, as well as Daniel, that a woman capable of faking her own death and attending her own funeral is capable of anything!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Nick And Lily Recently Bonded

Nick and Lily recently bonded during an unexpected lunch they had together, and fans wondered if there might be a romance ahead for the two. In that case, Nick’s warning and concern could be a step forward on the path to love, and putting his friendship with Lily first.

Nick may well have to save her from a reign of terror committed by Phyllis, and it looks like the potential couple will get closer in coming weeks.

Nick will work hard to put the kibosh on Hurricane Phyllis’ latest destructive path, and it’s almost certain Lily will endure bad news and threats.
