The General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 22-26 reveal Sonny Corinthos’ beatdown. He will continue to lash out at people as he’s headed for a downward spiral. Sonny lost his cool ever since someone tampered with his medication for bipolar disorder.

Sonny and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will have a nasty argument in the upcoming week ahead. Jason Morgan (Steven Burton) will confront Sonny the following week after. He also gets a chilly reception from Laura Spencer (Genie Francis). She tells Sonny that she can’t forgive him ever again.

General Hospital Spoilers: The Lashings Continue

According to the General Hospital spoilers, Sony Corinthos will continue to get a beatdown from every side. All of Port Charles will take a shot at Sonny. GH fans are already sick of it.

The user Dona440 posted on the SoapCentral.com Message Boards: “More Sonny beatdown. WTH with Laura? She needs to get off her high horse. She used to be married to Luke and she was a witness and a part of many unsavory and illegal things. She needs to get over herself real quick.”

This brought up a heavy debate on the forum. Some GH fans argued that Sonny shouldn’t get redeemed when he doesn’t take accountability for the pain he caused to his family. Other fans are starting to feel bad for the mob boss.

“Why should Sonny come back with a vengeance when he hasn’t paid for all that he did to his family?” one fan argued.

“Sonny deserves a beatdown. He’s been skating for 20+ years. It’s about time the decent people of PC (and I do use that term lightly as everyone has sins) to not be happy with Sonny, the mobster,” another user wrote.

“I’m sick of the Sonny beatdown too, OP! It’s OTT, and all the characters have pulled a 180 with NO explanation!” a third fan commented.

The General Hospital spoilers suggest that the characters are looking back at the past 20 years. An organized crime family stole people’s money and killed people. They got off scot-free every time. Sonny Corinthos is finally paying for his sins.
