The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers indicate that Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) revised will has been delivered to Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor). This goes right along with the storyline that Eric is truly dying. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) wants to look into Eric’s case and try to save his life. However, what happens if Eric dies anyway?

The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers reveal that the mention of Eric’s will seems to suggest that the will comes into play at some point. Currently, it seems that Eric controls 37.5% of the company. Of course, how Eric chooses to divide this up could certainly change someone’s life in a big way. Revealing who he has decided to give his shares to would be more shocking if revealed after his death.

However, Eric has promised Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) that he has made sure that she would be taken care of. This could mean that Eric has changed his will to leave his shares to Donna so she would be set for life. Will Donna be his soul heir or could Eric leave part of his shares to RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) since he has been his right-hand man recently?

B&B Spoilers: Zende Forrester May Have Major Issues

Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz) would be the first person to throw a fit if Eric left anything to RJ that he doesn’t get a part of. Zende is incredibly jealous because RJ got to work with Eric on his final designs. Zende already feels that Ridge’s kids get preferential treatment. Zende would likely sue if Eric left shares to RJ at this point.

Eric could leave his shares to Brooke, it isn’t like they don’t have kids together. Brooke has truly been Eric’s favorite daughter-in-law for years. Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) would likely be furious if Eric gave a Logan the same interest in the company that she has. However, it is his prerogative to do so. Also, that would ensure that Brooke could never be kicked out of the company.

The Bold And The Beautiful: What If Eric Forrester Didn’t Address His Shares

Eric has obviously revised his will and only Carter knows what it says, providing he has read it. What if Eric revised some parts but didn’t give his shares to anyone? Eric has enough children and grandchildren to fight over them but that could tear Forrester apart. What is a huge legal battle over the shares were to ensue.

Would Eric take such a chance with the company he loves so well? Eric has been talking about giving the company back to Ridge, could Ridge be the person who gets his shares? Could Eric accidentally leave the shares as they were originally and perhaps Quinn Fuller (ex-Rena Sofer) would end up owning part of Forrester? How long will it be until fans know the truth about who Eric’s heir turns out to be?
