General Hospital Spoilers: Carly’s In Trouble-Brennan Sets Her Up To Play Hero?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) in trouble, and she doesn’t even know it yet. She’s being charmed by a snake in the grass named Brennan (Charles Mesure) and being set up in the process.

General Hospital Spoilers: Brennan Keeps Up His Pursuit

In the midst of Brennan’s continued pursuit of Carly, she’s told him several times she’s taken but he’s not giving up. Brennan is not just flirting with her he’s trying to gain her trust for a duplicitous reason-with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) out of the country Carly’s unprotected.

Brennan is from Australia and the deal that was made with ELQ that Drew is working on instead of Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is actually one of his business interests.

Brennan is the WSB Director but also the head of Pikeman Security Group, and Drew and Michael have no idea that Drew’s walked into a trap. Carly too is being set up without her suspecting it-Brennan’s planning to have her kidnapped so he can rescue her and play her hero!

GH Spoilers: Brennan Has To Gain Carly Spencer’s Complete Trust

Brennan has to gain Carly’s complete trust, and what better way to do it than to set up a situation where she has to be rescued.

Then he comes in like her knight in shining armor completely snowing Carly, who is usually a better judge of character than that-but it’s not for romantic pursuit as it seems.

Brennan hopes to get Carly to talk about her ex-husband Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) even though he knows quite a bit already; he wants to know what or who spooked him.

Sonny suddenly refused to do any more business with Pikeman Security Group, which Brennan is also the head of in addition to being head of the WSB. They really need Sonny’s territory to run their merchandise through and if need be, they’ll eliminate Sonny.

General Hospital Spoilers: They May Need Carly Spencer To Lure Sonny Corinthos Into A Trap

Brennan may need to use Carly to lure Sonny into a trap-and if she has complete trust in him, it’ll be very easy. More than likely, if he has to do that he’ll lead Carly herself into a trap but this time he won’t be her rescuer.

Sonny will have to do that and a trap will be laid for Sonny as he’s having to rescue Carly-it’ll be set up so only Sonny can save her.

Sonny’s men won’t be able to help him as he tries to rescue Carly-it will be set up like a kidnapping with ransom. Sonny will have to meet someone with the ransom in order to save Carly, and then Sonny will be the victim.
