The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Victoria Regains Her Newman Crown, But What’s The Catch?

The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease although Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) regains her Newman crown, there’ll be a catch! That’s so Victor Newman, (Eric Braeden) to offer his daughter her CEO position back but a manipulation attached to it.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Demotion To Promotion?

Victor just put his children-the ones involved in any facet of the family company-through a selfish and harsh test, in order to test their loyalty, and offers Victoria a promotion.

Ironically, the black sheep of the family, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) was the only one to pass it, surprisingly enough even to Victor-he’d faked a mental condition.

Victor pretended to have something going on with either developing a mental illness or perhaps dementia or Alzheimer’s to see who’d push him out first and take the company over.

Victoria especially was upset after he demoted her, fired her lover Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and worst of all, pretended to be seriously ill all the while!

Nate, the former family doctor, wanted Victor to be hospitalized and diagnosed, ready to prepare a forced psychiatric evaluation-Victor took that as a betrayal.

Y & R Spoilers: Forcing Family Peace?

During the week of November 13, Victor will attempt to put an end to the infighting among his children, forcing Victoria and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Adam to get along.

Victoria knows her father doesn’t trust her, and she doesn’t trust him either after the stunt he pulled-Nick figured it out first, after Adam found a bizarre doodle in Victor’s desk.

Adam also had retained a psychiatrist to sit in on a family meeting to evaluate Victor but for some reason, Victor didn’t have such a problem with that.

Both Nick and Victoria will get an ultimatum from Victor, and Victoria will get a questionable offer-that could give her a second chance.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Negotiation Required

Before even considering Victor’s offer, which may be a second chance at her CEO position she fought so hard for, Victoria will decide she needs to negotiate with her father first.

However, she also knows that whatever he offers will have plenty of strings attached, so right up front she’ll want to know what the catch is.

Victoria knows her father well-and what he did was simply a power grab disguised as dementia, an unbelievably cruel thing to do.

Playing nice with Adam may just be the start of Victor’s controlling the siblings, and the manipulation likely has just started. As long as Victoria and Nick continue their non-acceptance of Adam, Victor will continue his manipulative power plays.
