According to The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, Zende addressed his concerns to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).

He doesn’t understand why R.J. Forrester is getting all the attention. R.J. wasn’t interested in working at Forrester Creations. He was happy with being an influencer and not following in the family’s footsteps.

However, when Eric Forrester (John McCook) became sick, he enlisted his grandson’s help. He asked R.J. to help him create his final couture collection. Eric’s hands became too shakey to draw. So, R.J. helped with the sketches even though he never went through formal training.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest that Zende feels pushed out of the company. He brought up his concerns to Ridge about feeling passed over as a couture designer. At one point, Zende slammed R.J. and called him the “Golden Child.” Fans are now wondering if Zende has a point.
