Little People, Big World Spoilers: How Much Did Zach Roloff Offer For the Farm?

Little People, Big World spoilers reveal that fans have started to grow even more curious about how much money Zach Roloff offered his father, Matt Roloff when he found out that the family’s farm was up for sale.

Matt listed it for $4 million and of course, he and his twin brother, Jeremy Roloff, couldn’t afford to pay this price. Fans of the Roloff family were very let down that Matt declined both of his sons’ offers and has acted as if he doesn’t want to keep it in the family.

It’s All About Money

There has been a lot of curiosity surrounding the sale of the Roloff property. Zach and his wife, Tori Roloff have been at odds with Matt ever since he denied their request to buy the property.

Matt had some bigger ideas for the property and his fans felt as if he was all about making money off the property. Matt decided to rent out the property as an Air B & B and charged guests over $1,000 a night!

Not only was Matt making a lot of money off guests, but he publicly told his family that if they wanted to rent out the property, they could do so at half price!

This seemed to add fuel to the fire when it came to the Roloff children. Jeremy and Zach both haven’t been seen with their father in quite some time. Could the money really be the reason that they have all gone separate ways?

What Did Zach Offer Matt?

It turns out that Zach put in a good offer and told the cameras on Little People, Big World, “I had a starting point, and it was based on what my dad bought my mom out for.”

Matt did pay $1,642,000 for the rest of the farm when he purchased it from Amy Roloff. When Matt put in this offer, he felt a bit betrayed when his father denied him of the purchase.

Amy has opened up about how she had major regrets about selling her part of the property. She felt as if her sons would have been able to buy her out. She wanted her children to have part of the property, but it doesn’t seem as if Matt ever wants that to happen.
