Days of Our Lives spoilers and rumors tease Dimitri Von Leuschner (Peter Porte) will struggle with his conscience after he finds out Melinda Trask’s (Tina Huang) plot.

Dimitri had rushed Baby Boy DiMera (uncredited) to Salem University Hospital, because he was premature, and wound up giving him to Melinda after a Dr. Pierce (Steve Mize) checked him out.

Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) was apprehended and taken to the Salem PD, where EJ DiMera (Dan Feurriegel) was hounding him wanting to know where his son was.

Later, after Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) got to the hospital, EJ following shortly, Dimitri hears that the baby died; but miraculously, Melinda had obtained a baby to adopt! Once Dimitri and Leo reconnect and figure out their next steps, they figure out what Melinda’s plot was.

Dimitri knows that baby boy he delivered to Melinda didn’t die and he’s the DiMera baby. Melinda and Dr. Pierce pulled a bait and switch of some kind and now Eric and Sloan Petersen Brady (Jessica Serfaty) have their baby!

Dimitri knows all about disappointed mothers whose babies either die or something else happens to them-that’s how his mother came to have him, via artificial insemination.

She’d been obsessed with having Bo Brady’s (Peter Reckell) baby but before Dimitri came along she’d gone so far as to kidnap a child and claim he was theirs.

Dimitri and Leo know that they have to make a decision, staying around town is not an option-unless they can figure out how to make Sloan pay-they need traveling money!

Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) hightailed it out of the harbor when Dimitri and Leo missed the sub, he and Megan DiMera (Miranda Wilson) couldn’t wait around.

Not only will they need traveling money they’ll need transportation-they wrecked Jada Hunter’s (Elia Cantu) car.

Dimitri will worry over Leo and advise him to leave town, but Leo won’t want to do it. Leo thinks he can blackmail Sloan with the knowledge of the bait and switch baby they have!
