Nicole is having EJ’s baby. However, the promo teases that she could end up losing her baby. Some fans shared their reaction to the video. Most of them have a feeling the writers are setting this up so that Nicole loses EJ’s baby.

“I dislike this storyline because I have never been a fan of a baby switch storyline and two the writers made a horrid decision to make Nicole’s baby for Eric.
